On August 2, 2008 Corey & I were sealed in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. What an AWESOME day! We were married August 26, 2006, so almost two years later we made it to the Temple. We had a lot of wonderful members of our families and some great friends there. Thanks to everyone who was there with us and thanks to those who helped us get there! Thank you for being such great examples to us!

4th of July
I just wanted to post these pictures because I think they are so cute! Brad, Jana, Justice, Talon, and Cardon slept over on July 3rd. So the morning of the 4th of July, Corey, Brad, and Justice got up and went fishing. We got Justice this fishing pole for his Birthday. That is what he told me he wanted, only he wanted a Brown one, but we couldn't find a brown one, so he settled for blue. They only caught these small fish and they would have just thrown them back, but Justice needed to show me and Jana. Jana and I just hung out at home with the babies and had a good time talking. Later that night we went to Pleasant Grove to watch the fire works. It was a fun 4th of July!

Knee Surgery!
On June 24th, I had bilateral (both) knee surgery! Turns out I was born with crooked knee caps! I tried to take care of it 10 years ago, but they told me that there was nothing they could do for me because it would just make things worse. I was just supposed to avoid stairs and deep bending of the knees and when they were finally all wore out and I was older, I could look forward to 2 total knee replacements. Well, I started working at the Heber Valley Medical Center in January and in March I decided to leave early one day, because Corey & I wanted to take our last snowmobile ride for the season. I wrecked on my snowmobile into a river and slammed my knees really hard. I actually thought that I had crushed them both, because Corey had to pull me up the river bank. Well, turns out I could still walk, but in a lot of pain. So a couple of months later, at work, I decided to ask a Dr. Cooley's P.A. about my knee pain. He told me that I was given some bad information and that they would be able to fix my knees. When I went to my appointment, I was told that I tore my Meniscus in the snowmobile accident, that is why I was having more pain. Dr. Cooley fixed my knees, he did Lateral Releases and Debridements(Cleaned out the damaged cartilage) on both knees. And here I am today. I have finished Physical Therapy. I was surprised to be able to lift weight and bend my knees without all the clicking and grinding. I am so excited and I already feel better! Thanks Dr. Cooley & Crew! My Mom, Jana & Justice were at the Hospital during my surgery and when I came out Justice was concerned because all I could do was cry. When he and Jana came to take me to my 1 week appointment he kept asking if I was going to cry. He is so cute! Corey & Roxy took really good care of me. Roxy literally never left my side. She slept on my chest for 2 weeks. Corey made sure that I never ran out of ice in my Gameready ice machine. He was so good to keep the house clean and make dinner. I love him so much! Also a big thanks to the great neighbors who brought in dinner! I appreciate EVERYONES help!

Memory Lane
Thanks to Jana and Jen P., I thought this looked like fun!
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.
I think it's fun to take a trip down memory lane, and it's always good to have a laugh or smile about the past. So leave a comment and I'll do the same for you.:)

Visitor's From Arizona!
The Young's came to visit from Arizona in June! I always love to see them! It is so hard to have to watch them grow up through pictures and not have them here for every family event! Sydnee has to warm up to us every time they come and I just expect her to run and hug me every time like Sage does, hopefully as she gets older she will remember me every time. Or here is an idea, the Young's could just move back to Utah! (hehe I know you would love to!) Anyway, while they were here we were helping my Dad and Mom move from AF to PG. The kids just had to entertain themselves for the most part. Justice and Syd were so funny in the little cars. They would crash into each other and giggle! And of course they were ready to pose as soon as Aunt Jo brought out the camera!
While they were here, the Young's made the trip to Midway to see us! We went into Heber to the Farmer's Market. It is every Thursday evening. We walked around and looked at all the booths. I bought a really pretty ring. We wanted to buy Sage these pink chaps, but it was cheaper to just try them on her and take a picture! They have a live band every week too! Too bad we didn't know that Doug Pope's Band (Ron's Brother, the cute Pope's girls Uncle) was playing or we would have planned to stay! Instead we went home and ate pizza and hung out! We are sure glad they came to visit!

Finally, an Update!
Okay, so it has been forever since I have posted, so I will give a quick update on what has been going on the past 2 months.
First we had Graduations! Jasmine Lynn Burson, Corey's youngest sister graduated from Wasatch High School. She is now attending BYU! She got a couple of scholarships, one from BYU and Days Market in Heber gave her one. She was also offered scholarships to a few other schools also, but she chose BYU! Good choice! She graduated with a Gold Cords! She graduated with a 3.795 GPA! Way to go JAZZ!
Then we had Bryson's big Graduation! Preschool Graduation! What an awesome nephew! He was so proud and so were we! He danced and sang with his class. It was so cute! Way to go Bryson!
Next, the President of the USA came to Park City. I was headed into Park City to get my Dad's Birthday present and 6 Helicopters flew over, one being Marine One,the President's Helicopter. Then when I was headed out, I saw this Helicopter. It is one of the Helicopters that escorts Marine One. I decided to pull over and take pictures. That is when I found out I could go inside. It was really neat. The Marines where all standing around it with their guns and answering any questions people had. It was actually really neat!

SOFTBALL!
Corey and Brad are playing in a softball league. They are on the Gunther's Team! They are having so much fun playing and it is so much fun to watch! Of course we Grace girl's get a little rowdy in the stands, but we learned that from our dad!
Corey has been playing catcher. Its not his first pick, but he is enjoying it. Their record is 4 wins with 2 losses in the Preseason!
Jana volunteered to watch a couple of little boys at the game and with her twins and Justice and Justice's cousin Banner, it was quite funny to watch. She finally got them to sit on the lawn by giving them a treat, but they only stayed there for about 1 minute.
Finally toward the end of the second game, Aunt Bethanie got Justice and Banner to sit next to her and watch the game! We are so excited to watch more games!
What an AWESOME day!
Corey did it! He is now an Elder! I am so proud of him. He had a lot of people there to support him! Thank you to our families for all of your support! His Grandpa, Bryant Riddle ordained him and the men that were there to help were, our families, Bob Grace, Brad Page, Jared Stafford, Ralph Cook, Denver Riddle, his good friend Chad Hardinger, Bishop Dan Kelson, the Elders Quorum presidency, Dan Ivie, Wade Kelson. Thank you all for being such great examples to Corey and myself. We love an appreciate all of you! The Bishop had both Corey and I stand up and share how we felt. The Spirit was so strong. Our nieces Eryn and Kaitlyn had to giggle that everyone there was crying and said that Aunt Jo was bawling! lol After the ordination was over we all went over to Corey's mom's house and ate lunch! It was an AWESOME day!

Corey is becoming an Elder!
We are so excited for this Sunday! Corey is being ordained an Elder! I am so proud of him! He is such an amazing man! His Grandpa is ordaining him and he couldn't be any happier about that! He made a comment to me that he is going to be surrounded by some really neat men! I am so excited about having this higher Preisthood in our home and it means we are one step closer to the Temple! Life is GOOD!

I thought I would give this a try!
